Flow Like A Water

Life is not always friendly to us. However, we can not reject what has happened in our life. We should pass the life events in sorrow or fun.

Circle in life is always changing. Let's look at our life from no existing to be in in the mother's womb, then we are born. We found the childhood a happy moment. Now , we become and adults.

Those life cycle continue with different events everyday or even every second. When we are on the bottom of the stressful moment. We may think that we can sustain our life. In fact, we are still alive today. It means that life will flow whatever we like or not.

Flowing like a water in life is a safe state of mind where we accept what happens to us. Follow the stream of our life cycle while we try to move to better state. We can not reject what happens to us but we can manage our minds and mental.

Stay in the peaceful state of mind to face the life events. Other people may see us in the saddest circumstance but if we can manage our minds and feeling, we will feel in the peace of mind.
